Registration
Workshops are small and usually fill quickly. We strongly suggest you register as early as possible. For some workshops, to ensure your place in the workshop -registering up to 4 weeks in advance is almost a must.
Note: Ours is an ADULT facility and is not equipped to accommodate children and/or pets during workshops or Country Get-A-Ways. Please make arrangements to leave them with a relative, friend or care taker.
Also, our facilities are alcohol, drug and smoke free and you will be required to see that they stay that way.
CANCELLATION – REFUND POLICY
For workshops - cancellation of more than 2 weeks prior to the workshop will result in a cancellation fee of $25. If less than 2 weeks notice is given, no refund will be given, however, we will apply your fee toward a future workshop- if you wish to register for one at the time of cancellation. Note: a second cancellation will result in no refund being given.
For Country Get-A-Ways & Homestead Stays - Cancellation of 30 days, or more, in advance will not result in a cancellation fee. If less than 30 days, but more than 2 weeks, notice is given a $50 administrative fee will apply. If cancellation is made 2 weeks or less from arrival date - no refund will be given, however, we will apply your deposit/fee toward a future stay - if you wish to register for one at the time of cancellation. Note: a second cancellation will result in no refund being given.
For group activities &/or company cookouts - See the information sheet provided when you made your reservation.
Cancellation by us: Should for any reason, we find it necessary to cancel a workshop, event . or "Get-A-Way" – a full refund will be made.
NOTE: If you plan to fly , please confirm that your workshop has sufficient enrollment to run prior to booking your ticket.We will not be responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets regardless of the circumstance.
HOW To Register for Country Get-A-Ways

(Remeber - we must receive your registration from and fee/deposit no later than 5 days after setting up a date.)
2. Once the dates have been established download the proper registration form and mail it with the required fee/deposit to the address below. Or come by our facility and complete same. If you wish to come by in person, call ahead to make sure someone will be available to assist you. Call (336) 449-0438
How To Register For Other Special Events

To Register For workshops:

1. Download and complete the registration form and mail to the address below with your fee or come by our facility and complete your registration. If you wish to come by in person, call ahead to make sure someone will be available to assist you. Call (336) 449-0438.
Remember: We must receive your registration form and fee no later than 5 days after having your name put on the workshop roster other wise your name will be removed from the roster and the space given to someone else..
Tuition in full sent by mail can be either check or money order.. Mail the registration form with your checks or money order to;
